”I was very disappointed with this VRBO apartment, especially for two older adults. The space is incredibly cramped and the VRBO pictures don't accurately represent the actual layout. For instance, there's a comfortable-looking chair in the pictures that doesn't exist in the apartment. The bed is placed in a small alcove, making it difficult to access, especially for older adults.The bathroom is equally small, as is the shower. Looking at the corners of the room there is dust and grime. I did...

”This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

There were cockroaches in the bathroom along with a moldy shower curtain, active mouse traps set up in one closet, very dirty windows, plastic bottles and soda cans discarded in front of the front window (which is directly at the view level), broken plastic blinds on the back window, and some of the furniture was broken or dirty. ”Property was very nice and clean. Only down fall was the sat night around 11 way into 5 a.m. there were ppl running up and down the stairs and punching the codes in our door trying to get into our room. They were smoking and set off the alarm. Hall ways smelled lot pot. We didn’t rest at all.”
