”I travel a lot, and this is perhaps one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff is incredibly amicable and helpful. The hotel rates include a fee that includes everything from valet (including tip) to room service, parking, complementary coffee and tea, etc. The hotel is beautiful and has that Southwest look that is so iconic in Tucson. ”The hotel was decent but could’ve used a better cleaning. There was very noticeable scuffs, dirt, and other unclean areas in the room and throughout the hotel. The couches are very dirty in the suite room. The complimentary breakfast was decent but could’ve been better by making different style eggs or offering different types of meats.
