”LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! If you want to be in the heart of everything and not break the bank, this is the perfect spot. Originally we were concerned with no a/c but once all the windows are open, there’s a great cross breeze. It’s a homey place and it has a fantastic outdoor space. Off street parking was a great perk. ”

”Host ghosted us and never provided check in instructions. I finally had to call VRBO who tried 3x and still no response. They made it right and refunded us and then some. Hours later the host sent a cancellation msg stating minimum age requirement not met….um I’m 49! DO NOT BOOK!”

”This studio looked just like the pictures. The bed was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. I was able to unpack my clothes into the dresser to make my stay more comfortable. The bathroom had more than enough room. Overall my stay was great and I’d book here again. The host was very kind and communicative. ”

”Stayed here for five nights with my family including two older kids and a toddler and it was one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos: in great condition, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and some nice extras. The king size bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, and the older kids loved their bunk beds. There's a unit above the rental but that was never an issue, the soundproofing was really good and the other guests all...

”So impressed with this place. I figured it would be nice but once we got there we were blown away. It wasn’t just clean and beautiful, all the little touches really put it over the top. They had microwave popcorn, Nespresso coffee, wine keys, beach towels, makeup wipes, beach tar cleaning wipes to name a few. Also fantastic location to walk to anything you could want or need in Santa Barbara. We can’t wait to stay here again!! ”

”We had such a wonderful stay! This was our first visit to the area and we were so pleased with the location. It was so easy to get to State Street and all of the fun things Santa Barbara has to offer! There is also a B Cycle rack just out the door which made it convenient to jump on a bike and enjoy the city! The accommodations were fresh, clean, and just perfect! We plan to return soon! ”
