”It was my 1st and last time in this hotel. I had a booking for 6 rooms and they charged me for 9 rooms. Hotel was blaiming hotels.com and hotels.com was blaiming the hotel! I don't know who's fault it was but neither of them cared about that! :[”

Hot tub did work and construction in other rooms you could hear, although they could not come and fix plumbing and clogged toilet in our rooms. Had to repack and move to a down graded room.
