”Gem and Tuon were wonderful and attentive hosts. They were always available to help. They drove us wherever we wanted to go. Unfortunately my boyfriend was sick almost the entire stay (from before we arrived) and they brought us food from their restaurant as he wasn’t able to go out. They were so kind and lovely and we had a great stay. We weren’t able to do too much in the way of excursions because of illness but they had loads of recommendations and tours available to book through them. ”

”The staff and owner we accommodating. I arrived very early and they were able to clean a room stat to accommodate me. I borrowed their bike and bike around town to see the rice paddies and the locals. Highly recommend to stay here.”

”The employees at this property are so lovely! Everyone goes above and beyond. The puppies and piglets are a welcome bonus. The room was clean and the views are incredible. Morning coffee at their restaurant was a highlight.”

”Very friendly staff and good service, helping with laundry, motorental etc. Bikes at your free disposal. Some of the rooms are noisy from the road and hang out area, request a room farther away. Without the rooster from next door waking me up every night at 4am the review would be several grades better.”

”The whole Thuong Hai team was very welcoming and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The room rate was wallet friendly and breakfast (different egg variations, pan cakes, bread, fresh fruit and coffee/tea) was included. The room was clean and spacious. Would book again 😊”

Only downside is we reneged a motorbike but had no gas in it so we had to go to the station to buy some and it wasn’t included in the price. Other than that perfect ”

”Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.”

The only complaint is that we made special request - "if no elevator could we have a 2nd floor room" There is no elevator and we were given a room on the top floor. The hofel was nearly empty and we are old and find it difficult to climb stairs. ”
