”Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Nguyen Shack so much! There is such lovely views from the room and eating area. The yoga was amazing and it was so convenient having breakfast there every AM, The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met,., they truly want you to feel at home. My kids LOVED all of the animals and spent hours hanging out with them. We rented scooters and drove the route they recommended and stopped at Paradise cave. It was such a stunning drive. ”Convenient location, ac works well enough even on hot days. If noisey rain bothers you then I recommend you sleep on the bottom floor unless there is a chance of flooding. The hosts were very kind and the daughter speaks good English. They have free bicycles and cheap scooter rentals. Beautiful location with a restaurant less than a 5 minute walk away on the river side that serves increase food. 9/10 would come here again.”

”Vi trivdes veldig bra. Kommer gjerne igjen”

”A great homestay in a great location - very nice chap running it and lovely family dog.”

”I enjoyed my stay, it’s in a good location maybe 5 minute walk to all the bars and stores, the staff is helpful and friendly.”

”The pool has a million dollar view. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The price was unbeatable and it included breakfast! An elevator and room fridge would have been nice, but I have no complaints and would highly recommend! The location is excellent!”

”The property is quiet and well maintained. The staff are incredibly accommodating and helped me book a round trip private driver to Paradise cave and back. The restaurant food was tasty with reasonable prices. Will stay again!”

”The beds were really hard and towels were not plush... but overall it was a really nice place... couldn't beat the price”

”The whole Thuong Hai team was very welcoming and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The room rate was wallet friendly and breakfast (different egg variations, pan cakes, bread, fresh fruit and coffee/tea) was included. The room was clean and spacious. Would book again 😊”

”Very friendly staff and good service, helping with laundry, motorental etc. Bikes at your free disposal. Some of the rooms are noisy from the road and hang out area, request a room farther away. Without the rooster from next door waking me up every night at 4am the review would be several grades better.”

”Great! ”

”Clean room. Staff is very nice and tentative to all our needs”

”Very friendly family run hotel. I really enjoyed my 3 nights at Paradise Hotel. Everybody I met were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked well. The room was quite large for the price paid. Prices for good food and drinks were great. They booked me a tour for amazing day at the Caves which I really enjoyed. If I get back to Phong Nha, I will definitely stay at Paradise Hotel again. Thank you everybody for giving me an enjoyable experience.”
