”The privacy of the one bedroom suite was nice. It was good to have sleeping space separated from the rest of the area. We booked an ocean front room with a balcony. While we were definitely facing the ocean, between you and the ocean is the pool, people, noise and activity that goes with that & DJs. I would pick a different resort for that reason alone next time. We are usually people who love sitting out on the balcony, watching the ocean and having a coffee or drink. We didn't do that once...

”Property was extremely dirty. Torn wallpaper, mold on the walls, and the couch was too dirty to sit on. Baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in months if not years. It’s nice that it’s an efficiency-style apartment, however, there are no pots and pans to cook with. wi-Fi extremely slow. On the bright side, the location was wonderful. Right on the ocean in prime shark tooth hunting. location. Beautiful but crowded beach. Nice staff.”

The cleanliness of the home was very nice, all amenities provided were greatly appreciated and better than expected. ”Hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a family suite, furniture is very damaged, dirty and chairs wobble from old age. This simply needs to be renovated. Very unfortunate- nice location. 3 years ago - then a beautiful room. Management acknowledges complaints - does nothing about it. They will renovate next fall. They milk it out until they can. I say- look further”

”I’m not sure why this isn’t rated as a 5-star resort. We actually booked it the same night we checked out of another hotel that was dirty, outdated, and nothing like the photos (North Beach Resort…I’d recommend staying elsewhere). Thankfully, we found an incredible one-bedroom oceanfront suite here with a full kitchen, a pull-out couch, and a Murphy bed in the living area, giving the kids plenty of space while letting us enjoy our own room.
