”Everything was excellent, the room , the breakfast and the amenities”

”They had no body wash in the shower only small bars of soap. One of the lights by the bed wasn't working. They eventually fixed it after a complaint. The phone in the room did not work.”

”Older place but Our room was clean. Beach view was great. Location perfect next to the 2nd Ave pier. Staff was friendly. Hot tub warm but no jets. the pool splash pad and lazy river were good. There were limited chairs around the pool and no pool towels offered Plenty of ice from the multiple-ice machines The staff were wonderful and let us swim while we waited to check in and then let us check in early once our room was ready. Super thankful for that ability. Not fancy but...

”Roaches crawling in the first room, was moved to another room. Next room was damp, surfaces were wet and smelled like mildew”

”This property is under construction and the rooms are not being completely cleaned, there is diffently a safety issue. I will be contacting corporate about my experience. It was horrible. There was hair in and on my shower, the top blanket felt like a napkin, there no phones in the room to reach the front desk, the pools was algae green. This was most definitely the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. I could go on and on.”

”Very clean rooms and amenities. The A/C in the room worked very well. However, in the bar area, it was warm and though they had high power fans throughout the lobby to try and cool it down, the fans took away from the ambiance. Also, the pumped in smell was overly done throughout the lobby and hallways. I ordered the garden burger which was cooked too well done that it was charred. The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas. We would surely recommend the hotel to all travelers who want to stay at a location that's classy, affordable, and close to the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.”

”We got there and it looked nice on the outside, but it looks like it hasn’t had maintenance in years. Everything is broken or cracked or peeling from the carpet to the ceiling. The inside smells terrible, and theres no noise control. The room was spacious, but the AC was damaged and inconsistent, the pillows were lumpy or brick hard and the “blanket” was a dollar store fleece blanket in between 2 sheets. And theres cockroaches:)”

”Honestly for the price, it was exactly what we needed. It is older, and you can tell, but the room was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Perfect location right by the beach, I would book here again.”
