"Room was very dirty. Pillows had stains on them. The carpet had stains and the walls were peeling and had stains. The silicon around the sink and shower was dirty and had mildew. Dead flies on the window sills. Drawer inside the bathroom was laying on the floor. Rising damp on the bathroom ceiling ..."

"The hotel was very clean and smelt nice. Room very clean although very warm. Reception staff were great, breakfast staff ok, not over friendly. Ate in the sports bar at lunchtime, note you can NOT get coffee at the bar at lunchtime, although there was a machine. You have to go into Otis’s the coffee ..."
