”We could not stay because I had a bad bicycle accident 30 minutes after check in. owner never offered to reschedule since I was in the hospital and could not use the accomodations. My inn keeper was friendly. However the 1st floor was incredibly messy. Surprisingly messy and dusty . I was quite uncomfortable. However our 2nd floor room was clean and tidy. parking was provided. And, it is across from a lovely park and a block away from a famous pretzel shop.”

”The Lodge is much more relaxing than staying at a hotel. We will stay there on future trips. The thematic rooms are charming, and the food was great. The whole place is welcoming. They could trim some branches around the entrance ramp and clear a few spiderwebs, but no big deal. Nature doesn’t stop growing.”

”Very quiet set village by the farms, biggest complaint was the restaurant staff across the street haha. Room was spotless, staff was incredibly helpful and kind, breakfast was amazing”

”We had a lovely experience at Evans’ Holly Grove Inn B&B in Burlington Iowa. The historic house was in great shape and full of interesting artifacts that we enjoyed looking at and learning about. Our host Kage was amazing, making us feel very welcome and was attentive to our needs while we were there. Highly recommended!”
