”This property is a hidden gem, perfect for a weekend getaway. It is spotless and it has all the amenities one could ask for...from milk, yogurt and water in the fridge to welcoming granola bars and an assortment of breakfast cereals. Towels, shampoos and soaps, as well as a basket of supplies are ready to use in the bathroom. It is spacious inside and has plenty of lighting for being a basement apartment. The only thing we wish is that we had a little more contact with our hosts.”

”Looking forward to going back to the Morris House. This boutique hotel is perfectly located near the hospitals and downtown Philadelphia. Scott the manager on duty on Tuesdays and Wednesdays went out of his way to take care of us. From the freshly baked cookies that are set out at 3pm with tea and coffee to wonderful breakfast served in the dinning room every morning, this space is lovely. Our room was spotless, with two thick robes, and all the amenities. Mattress was very comfortable. Really...

”The host did not disclose they live there and refused to vacate the property during our scheduled rental time. They had pets that was also undisclosed which would have caused concern for allergic guests. The contract was changed after signing to add additional fees. It is against vrbo policy for the owner to live on the premises. Thankfully vrbo was helpful and offered a refund but our event was displaced with no where to go within one hour of its start time. ”
