”Great”

”The car park is a few minutes walk away from our villa which made us feel chaotic moving our baggages to the villa in heavy rain. We understood the parking lots just outside our villa were dedicated for other 3 rooms and we were not allowed to use, but it ended up only 1 out of those 3 were rented that night. It would be much appreciated if the host could give some flexibility on the parking especially on bad weather. Overall the villa is well equipped and good place for a group of family and...

”The hotel is close to the Koen-Shimo Cable Car station so it is easy to reach. The staff was super friendly and helpful even though we don't speak Japanese and some of them didn't speak English. Big rooms and all the free drinks, snacks and pyjamas were a big plus! Room was super warm (maybe even too warm when we arrived) but you can manage the heater yourself. Dinner and the Japanese style breakfast were delicious. Great first ryokan experience for us! ”

”Very nice and well equipped family room, great place for family with car”

”Mahtava lokaatio ja loistava onsen.”

”Loved loved loved! Wished I had booked this for the entire trip and probably will book again if I return. The home was thoughtfully curated and exactly as pictured. Very scenic drive and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were straightforward with check-in/route/guidelines and host was very responsive. Note: if you are using public transport and have more than a back pack, I suggest catching a ride from the drop off point to the home.”

”Beautiful accommodations but off the beaten path. Taxis were scarce but if you”
