”Good room, great location for ski lift access. Service was friendly, but often not so well functioning.. For example, we asked in the morning, if the restaurant is open for lunch. The answer was, yes the restaurant is open until 22:00. When we entered the restaurant at 14:10, we were told that lunch ended at 14:00 and only small menu is available. Still got something to eat, but... We ate in the hotel restaurant every day. Sometimes the food was really good, sometimes really bad, often pretty...

”Beautiful classic old hotel in Wengen. Close to the railway station. Good buffet breakfast. We got an upgrade to a corner room with spectacular views of the mountains. Electrical could do with upgrading although everything worked. Staff were very pleasant”
