”Overall very nice stay. Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean but no microwave. We were there as a family with 2 kids so visiting the pool was a top reason I chose this hotel. First off, the pool room is nice and warm, lots of seating too. Unfortunately there were no towels so I had to go to the front desk in my bathing suit and ask for some. ”The room was nice. Breakfast was okay. Staff seemed polite enough. Most of my disappointment comes from the pool/whirlpool area. The entire left side of the pool/whirlpool area was walled off with webs of caution tape. And the pool water itself was cloudy and uninviting. There was garbage, used cups, shaker bottles littering the room but I was the only one in it. The whole vibe of it felt "Unsafe" I will be honest I'd probably never stay at this hotel again. I wonder if one of the others...

Needed a Ice bending machine but none of the 2 in the property worked and it looked that they had not worked for a long time. Breakfast was included and it was what you would expect, decent.
