Location is fab and staff helpful. We arrived at 2am and needed an extra duvet, no one at reception. Waited 10 min and the staff came from outside - empty reception at night even for a moment does not feel completely safe. Small apartment as expected in London, doors had marks from handles as they have crashed into each other, this could be fixed. Still, because of rate and location I would recommend. Thumbs up for wooden floors.

Great hotel but poor gluten free breakfast choice
"Overall a great modern hotel, clean & very comfortable (we had a family room with a super king & a sofa bed). The room was really quiet with lovely views across to the park/lake. Sadly lost 1 star as the gluten free breakfast choice was poor - no pastries/biscuits/muffins or even hot chocolate - ..."

"The hotel is nice, located close to Motorway, easy transportation. Only problem unfortunately was horrible smell from sewage coming into the wing I paid for, I didnât get the room I paid for instead moved to twin bed. The staff were nice, it was sorted before morning. Otherwise, itâs a good hotel⊠..."
