”The hotel was very beautiful old building. The apartment was spatious, bathrooms were very nice, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too high. Windows couldn't be kept open because of the terrible smell from the cows next to the hotel!”

”Love this place! Lovely, welcoming real fires in winter. Cool outdoor area for brighter days. Spent a great couple of hours in the beer garden. Rooms clean and well kitted out. Breakfast brilliant!”

”The Royal has become our go to place when visiting our daughter at university. It is clean, convenient and good value for Money. We have stayed in multiple different rooms and each one has been to a really high standard. Highly recommend.”

”We stayed here just as a stop over and it was a very small and low double bed in a huge room. It wasnt the cleanest so I was glad I had slippers with me. Shower ceiling was too low for a 6'2 person so my partner had to crouch. The main parts of the hotel looked nice on arrival, but we didnt make use of it. Nice and quiet despite the location.”

”The breakfest was good but to park in the hotel car park i was telled it would be £10 per day luckley i had a blue badge and parked in the car park acrooss from the hotel”

”Breakfast was great hot and fresh ..well presented. Room was not what i had paid for ..falsley advertised was incorrect on website as large superior room with sea view ...paid extra for ....but room did not exist ”

”Great value for money! The rooms are always spotlessly clean and practically furnished, with a direct view of the bay. Jo is a fabulous, welcoming host who really makes a stay at Yacht Bay View something special. As always, the daily breakfast was absolutely brilliant! Always my first choice for accommodation in Morecambe – highly recommended!”

”Breakfast was fine, not too many options and certain items ran out of quantity which they did finally provide again but after a wait. There was ample off side parking, with small fee or free.”

”Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice room with ensuite. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits available. Great choice at breakfast, including those, like me, who only want a continental breakfast. We dined in the attached restaurant both nights and the food, and service, was very good. We arrived by bicycle and safe storage was provided. All in all great value for money and highly recommended.”
