”Great place. Just stayed one night. Close enough to get to downtown and the Browns game ”

”Room was not restocked (no hand soap, no coffee pods , no coffee cups, no ice bucket liner, coffee pot didn’t work), the bathroom floor looked dirty. Towels were restocked, and I HOPE the bed had clean sheets. We came in and just fell in bed. It was not dusty, and everything looked nice at a casual glance. Desk staff are great! Personable and tried to help all they could. Parking is poorly lit, but seemed safe. Breakfast looks sparse, but after everything else we are afraid to even try it…”

”Room was stinky on ground floor. My parents wanted ground floor and there was no lift for other floors and my father had knee problems. Upper floor rooms were ok.”

”Having stayed at Extended Stay Hotels from other brands, maybe my expectations were a little lofty. I didn’t expect to see people outside with chairs smoking and playing music like a makeshift shanty town. The Front Desk staff was very nice and explained all the rules and refs in detail. The room was the low point of the experience. The floor in my room was uneven and had profound dips in it making walking around feel risky. Then there was the bed. A full size with no box spring and a frame...

”Pros Real nice modern loft. Very spacious, everything you need away from home. would book again. Fare price for what you get. Gated parking . Pull out safe bed. In room laundry . Cons. hair on the floor, not enough towels, elevator was away from the main entrance. Nothing happing in the area, need to call cab or uber. Some riff raff in the area.but all just minor . But all in all. Would and Will book again, ”
