”This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. ”
”Lovely building in a not so great area, unfortunately didn’t feel safe walking around. Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms....
”The hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. ”
”The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. The only thing I did not like is that we had to pay for parking while gone on our trip, thought it would be a nice gesture to be free since we paid that much to stay there. Other than that great place to stay and very convenient to the airport and close”
”Aloft was wonderful. It’s a little tricky to find. You have to pull into the parking lot, then take 1 bank of elevators up to the lobby. Then there is a separate bank of elevators to your room. Valet parking is $40. Self parking is $26 for 24 hours. We were just there for the night so it was $13 for us.
If you do self park you pay every time you go in and out of the garage.
However, if you’re looking to explore the Flats you don’t have to leave at all. We walked the Flats and had dinner at...
”Location was great rooms were large enough a little dark but OK breakfast was really average but still decent overall give it four out of five stars would definitely stay there again”
”Comfortable beds and loved our room! The breakfast was always delicious and staff was great at keeping the area clean. We loved that there was an ice machine and filtered water dispenser right off the lobby so we could refill our water bottles. Highly recommend this hotel! ”
”Check in went smoothly and staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and the kids had a great time in it. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved that it had a nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and the area was clean. Bathrooms in the lobby were spacious, clean and had feminine supplies if needed. ”
