”Staff and food were very good but stay was let down by a few niggles. I had booked a table for dinner but there was no record of it when I arrived. I had also asked for a room with a walk in shower but didn't get it. The biscuits on the tea tray were the smallest pieces of shortbread I have seen made worse by having no biscuits at all on my second night. The tea bags had not been replenished and why leave 3 cartons of long life milk for 2 people? I have stayed in many hotels with my dog and this...

”Peter and Sheila were wonderful hosts. They gave us ideas of where to eat and places to see. Breakfast was very good and enjoyable with them providing information about the area. If we return to the Northumberland area we will definitely return there to stay again.”

”We had a Premier Plus room so nice & spacious. Clean room with good amenities including WiFi. Friendly & helpful staff. Onsite restaurant & bar was good especially happy hour deals. Good location in the centre of the historic. Easy free parking close by. ”

We were disappointed to find out that the spa was an additional £65 per person and didn’t think that was overly clear when we booked as otherwise we would’ve picked a different option. Regardless, we paid it after we the facilities were listed and frustrated to find out one of the saunas were out of order. We were celebrating our ‘mini-moon’ and overall we were a bit disappointed with the experience and value for money.”

”My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Marshall Meadows Manor House. We stayed one night, but ate dinner and the included breakfast at the hotel. The room was clean, the food excellent, and the staff genuinely helpful. The manager assisted with luggage, provided us with helpful advice for our destination the following day, and was very attentive while also serving at the restaurant. ”Parking in the lot in front of the apartment was plentiful. It faces the ocean. Lots of food/dunk spots. The morning breakfast that is included worked out great! Very clean and convenient rental!”
