”We made a reservation for this property based on the 9.4 rating and being completely unfamiliar with the area trusted what we saw online. When we arrived in the evening, we discovered it is in a VERY unsafe area of town and we did not even feel comfortable checking in. The photos and description are misleading on the website making it seem like its a fine place to be. ”We sty here quite often when visiting family. It’s a great place to stay. Close to the family, restaurants, shopping and the freeway. It’s clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.
The only issue is time my other half stayed there and the put him in a handicap room. ( we have no handicaps It was a bit difficult using the shower and there were no closets to hang clothes.
We will stay there again but not in a handicap room. We like the hotel and the staff.”

”We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

”Henry was our waiter at breakfast and he did a great job. Our pool attendant was fantastic! Fast and attentive. I wish I knew her name. Short black hair with charisma. The muffins at dinner had long hairs in them. And the housekeeper attempted to enter our room regardless of the privacy notice on the door. Thank goodness we had the security lock on. The gift shop employees and manager were fun to engage with. And we enjoyed the flute and pianist.”
