”Great property in a fabulous location. Will be back!!!”

”When we arrived at William's property we were so happy that we had booked it. It was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, close to the beach and strip of Bondi, bus in both directions outside and a Nespresso Machine. The communication from William before and during our stay was really appreciated and he was making sure we had everything we needed. The property was nice and spacious for us with a nice big washing machine and plenty of drying space. We cooked breakfast each morning...

”I had the best stay...this cute terrace house is walking distance to Bondi shops and nearby beaches. Bright, breezy, stylish, super comfortable bed, huge telly, renovated bathroom and the lounge room doors fully open to a lovely little garden. I could not have been happier.”

”Quite good- unfortunately water main burst in the street so there was no water from morn til night. It could be good to provide some tea towels. One of the fire alarms - hallway but not ceiling - went off every 5 minutes - needs a new battery.”

”The villa was exquisite, every amenity was to hand and even though we had a couple of issues they were dealt with immediately and without delay. The only criticism I would have is that at the end of our stay we had a cleaning bill which the villa manager told me would be one price but it turned out 3 times more expensive, which given the price of the property I thought was unacceptable as i never receive a cleaning bill on check out when I stay at a hotel.”

”Jeff and Todd are the ultimate hosts. Generous and thoughtful, with every little detail catered for, including a stocked fridge and pantry. A weekend getaway centrally located for a night at the Opera or dinning and shopping. We will return! Thank you for making my milestone birthday such a memorable occassion. Helen and Dirk”

”Parking was not great but found a spot about 5 blocks away that was able to park long-term. The Location of the place could not have been better.”

”Had an amazing time in Sydney with a group of girls staying in Paddington for 7 nights. Amazing location with easy public transport, bars, shops and nightlife nearby. Hosts were always happy to help and communicated perfectly to make our trip run smoothly. Would highly recommend for both small and big groups as the house is relatively spacious.”

”The place was great, clean, and in an awesome neighbourhood. The hosts got back to me quickly and we had a lovely time. There are plenty of coffee shops and bars near by. Only thing I would mention is that the main floor bathroom is a bit of a "Harry Potter" closet - didn't give us any problems but something to note! Parking on the street can be tricky... but that's Sydney!”

”We loved the old style building. We didn’t love hauling our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. There’s only air conditioning in one bedroom, no where else in the house. Only one hair dryer to share between six people. No salt in salt shaker. We requested these items but didn’t receive them.”

”Very clean and great location in Paddington between the Edgecliff and Woollahra shops. A bit poky but it’s a Paddington terrace, so that’s to be expected.”

”We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, but it was close to shops and food outlets and close to where we were going for our event. Nothing remarkable about the accomodation or the location.”
