”There is no cleanliness ,all rooms are dirty and full of insects . No one answers the calls for clean towels , water etc. Property is not maintained and great as shown on social media . Breakfast is as per whatever is available on that day and one can choose from that and it will be served.”

”Room was very nice and clean. Food in the restaurant was very flavorful, not too spicy and selection in the buffet was extensive. Staff was incredible and went out of their way to provide everything that I needed and sometimes more than what I had asked!”

”The food was bland and not appetizing. The breakfast was good, the staff on Reception was very argumentative over even simple requests, kept nagging us while breakfast and also on the occupancy details like my kids age even after booking an executive Suite. The Mgr had to intervene to keep the Staff professional. This hotel left a bad taste and worst first impression. Please avoid this if you can.”
