”The theme and room were amazing. CheckIn at 3AM was the smoothest with the kindest staff. I was so comfortable and did not want to leave such a lovely space! Can’t wait to stay here again, sincerely! Thank you!”

Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early.
Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators.
Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor.

"My daughter and I went to Chicago to run the marathon. Booked The River hotel as it was one of the few hotels I could find with twin beds at a reasonable price located within walking distance to grant park. The room was compact but it was warm, clean, had a microwave oven, mini fridge and espresso machine. Location was absolutely brilliant. Magnificent mile just the other side of the river and plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries right next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, only really had interaction at checking. Highly recommend, I certainly would stay there next time."
