”The room was pretty dirty, almost like housekeeping replaced all the sheets and towels but didn’t clean. One of the towels had a blood stain on it. The shower head barely worked and the comforter was stained. The bathroom also had the smell of mold/ mildew. We didn’t even feel comfortable enough to get under the bed covers and we left shortly after. Staff and parking was great and Im sure the lady meant well but the room was atrocious.”

”The Hotel overall was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast and coffee machine were just ok as it was a couple of pieces of fruit and oatmeal but that’s better than nothing. The coffee machine worked just ok and had to push the button several times for it to work but again at least they offered coffee. It was a nice inexpensive place to stay with a close drive to universal studios.”
