”Very clean and good location. We really only slept there because we got there at 10pm and left by 7am but it was very clean, quiet and safe. Parking was an extra $25 which I did see ahead of time but was hoping they'd not charge since they are in a big (and pretty safe) shopping center where there is tons of other free parking within just a min walk away. Ive stayed here once before and it was clean, comfortable and in good shape. That's why I decided to stay here. We were going to be coming in...
”One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The air conditioner actually worked and let us set it as cold as we wanted. We slept great and cool. And the blackout blinds are the best thing I’ve ever experienced at a hotel!
We asked for a quiet room and they happily accommodated. The staff was so friendly. The only thing we were shocked at was parking was so expensive. Not used to paying for parking but he hotel was exceptionally wonderful! Close by the airport and just can’t say enough about cold...
”I stayed here for universal so I wasnt in my room living there. They have breakfast option and the lobby will reopen from 10 to 2 am which is great if you want to coffee after a long day at universal or getting back from horror nights. Pink line bus 5 will get you to universal for 1 dollar if you flew didn’t drive. I’ve stayed multiple times and came complain. ”

”upon arriving in my room i noticed the fridge wasn’t on & i needed to store breast milk. i went down to the front desk and staff was kind enough to store my freezer packs and milk in their staff refrigerator. i was worried i would have had to dump my supply and i’m very grateful for such a kind gesture no matter how small it may seem to others. ”

”It was pretty neutral ... I mean, what do we really need in a motel: a bed, bathroom, TV, dogs allowed ... all that was just fine. But then you meet the staff. And that's when you realize why people love this place. I've never met a staff more like long term friends than "workers". The staff makes this good motel a GREAT motel.”
”A perfect gem close to the Universal studios. Retro vibe but in a classy way and the hotel is completely remodelled. A great pool area with a bar, a very nice gym and guest laundry. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, and dinner was also good. A lot of traffic on the nearby streets and there might be a fire station close by judging by the frequency of fire trucks speeding by with sirens on, so maybe not the best place for those wanting perfect silence.
