”great view”

”The property is great. Cozy. Family friendly. Good location. A lot of stairs to the property so if you are not stair friendly, this is not a place for you. We were fine with it. Property management was very responsive when we had an issue with loud construction. We looked forward to QUIET time to rest out of the city and sadly the inconsiderate people upstairs thought it was appropriate to work until 11pm and start again at 5am on a weekend. Unbelievable. ”This is a motel, not a hotel or an inn. If you are used to any type of hotel services, you will not get them at this motel. The clerk at check in was less than helpful and not friendly at all. When I made the reservation, I was not provided with information that there was no elevator. I had an 86 yo traveler with me with limited movement, who had to walk up and down a full flight of stairs upon arrival and departure for 3 days. There was no lower level room available. ”Rooms where clean property was quite”

”Very clean property. Rooms are very spacious . The only area they need attention is breakfast. Juice machine wasn’t working, no half n half. Scrambled eggs would’ve been better . Overall good experience.”

”Clean comfortable”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”Great location, excellent room on the 5th floor! Everything seemed fresh & new after the recent remodel. Fun in the casino downstairs, great drinks. Restaurant was a bit lacking for breakfast, they were “slammed”, probably due to a lack of other options in the area. Food came out cold, a bit slow but friendly service. She was trying! Free, secure parking out front - I wasn’t worried about my bike in the back of the truck. Will definitely return at some point!👍”

”We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain...
