”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. ”If I could give ZERO stars I would. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Every room reeks of cigarette smoke even though there’s signs everywhere threatening a 250$ smoke cleaning fee. Changed 2 rooms hoping to get a decent one to no avail. This is a disgusting place even for a motel. I booked based on the numerous positive reviews, THOSE LIED.
The check in staff is polite and very apologetic about the rooms conditions.
Ha! The “continental breakfast” is actually just granola bars and coffee. Laughable.
