”It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price.”

”This was a perfect home base for my husband and I to visit our FSU son on Halloween weekend for a football game. Easy walking access to the stadium and campus. ”

”1st location is superb, across the street from Doak Camble stadium and 1.5 miles from Donald Tucker arena. 1 mile from the downtown area. Check-in was easy. It was very clean and very nice furniture. Will use again and recommend to my FSU fan friends!!!”

”The place is better than the photos. Great remodel of the unit—well thought out and appointed. Aiden was great to work with on even the smallest questions. Everything so clean and neat. A few extras were stocked for the things we forget while traveling—phone charger, shampoo, lotion, nice quality towels, etc that seem normal in a hotel but are frequently lacking in a rental. Also quality coffee and even oat milk to save me a trip to the store. Location is within minutes to the FSU campus...
