Newly remodeled, this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms unit located on the 2nd floor of Balcones del Pacifico, can accommodate up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed, as well as a comfortable double size futon that can accommodate 1 extra guest. The master bedroom also has a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms carry ample closet and drawer space with towels and linens including beach towels and a beach mat for your use. Amenities include air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, reliable wifi, washer in unit, a safe to store your personal items, and TV with cable and google chrome to enjoy your favourite movie apps. The well stocked kitchen space makes cooking meals a breeze or bringing in takeout an option. The private terrace provides an unobstructed view of the garden, a large beautiful pool with wonderful palm trees. This vacation rental is the perfect space for a memorable and relaxing vacation, great for couples or small families with a maximum of 5 guests(6 if kids). The complex consists of 22 units, spread out between 4 towers and 3 floors. Guests must use stairs to access the upper floors as there are no elevators in the complex. This is a very family-oriented, quiet and peaceful complex and once you arrive, you will never want to leave! You will always have something to do in Tamarindo. This small town offers many great dining choices from local cuisine to fine dining- you will never run out of dining options. If you like to stay busy and active, there are many activities to enjoy here, such as horse back riding, surfing, day trips to rincón de la vieja (active Volcano) or day visits to many nearby beaches and much, much more! Since the complex is centrally located, a car is not required to enjoy all the attractions Tamarindo has to offer. We can arrange airport pick up and drop off for a fee if needed.
