The Location
Conveniently located in central Tamarindo, Casa Peace is next to the Tamarindo Night Market and just an hour’s drive from Liberia International Airport (LIR).
The space
✶ Layout: Casa Peace spans three thoughtfully designed levels:

Bottom Level: Master bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom & courtyard.

Main Level: Master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony. The living room, fully equipped kitchen, half bathroom, and a saltwater pool are also located on this level.

Top Level: One queen bedroom and another bedroom with bunk beds and single bed, along with a shared full bathroom.

Additional Details

Neighboring Noise: Our property is in a developing area, so you may occasionally hear construction noise from 8 AM to 5 PM. However, all rooms are equipped with soundproof, laminated glass windows and doors to ensure your peace and quiet.

Water & Power: Tamarindo occasionally experiences water shortages and power outages. To mitigate these, the property includes a 10,000-liter water reserve. However, there is no backup generator for electricity.

Eco-Living in Costa Rica: Costa Rica’s lush ecosystem includes various insects. While we maintain a clean and comfortable environment, you might encounter them indoors — a normal part of life here. Keep food stored to avoid attracting these curious creatures.

Housekeeping: The cleaning fee covers preparation for your arrival and post-check-out cleaning. For stays of 4 nights or longer, we provide one complimentary mid-stay cleaning. Additional cleanings and towel changes can be arranged for a fee.

Pool Maintenance: The pool is cleaned on Mondays and Fridays between 8 AM and 12 PM. Since it’s located inside the property, we’ll coordinate a convenient time for access during your stay.
