MAT603T - Tämä ylellinen studio sopii. sijaitsee tyylikkään Matapalo-kompleksin kuudennessa kerroksessa. Näkymät terassilta ovat henkeäsalpaavat. Tässä on täydellinen romanttinen piilopaikka, jossa on iso asuintila, täydellinen keittiö ja oma terassi, jossa on poreallas.

Tämä yksikkö voi vuokrata myös 2 tai 3BR yksikönä. Täysin suljettu alakerrassa, studio voidaan avata kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto alapuolella.

Yksiköllä on kevyt kelluva tunne olla unessa. Kermanväriset laattalattiat, joissa on pyöreä kivi, kattavat yksikön ja valuvat lasiovista ulos terassille, joka tuntuu johtavan ohueseen ilmaan.

Korkeus on huimaa, ja suuret ikkunat ja lasiovet antavat tunteen astuneen taivaalle kattohuoneiston sijasta. Laajasta parvekkeesta, josta poreallas kuplii, maa on haalistunut ja sinulla on vain meri venyttämässä äärettömyyteen, aaltojen ääni, tuulen harja. Ihana king-size-vuoteen lisäksi on valtava vaatehuone ja tilava kylpyhuone, joka on varustettu kahdelle. Antelias olohuone ja pieni keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot, vastaavat yksinkertaisiin ruoanvalmistustarpeisiisi. Studiossa on mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, pieni jääkaappi ja liesi.

Alla on valtava orgaanisen tyylisen uima-altaan keskellä puutarha-aluetta, ja siellä on uimabaari, jota et halua missata. Kadun toisella puolella merenrantaravintola valmistelee trooppisia herkkuja lisätäkseen makeutta ja maustetta muistoihin, jotka kantavat mukaasi eliniän ajan.

Great stay/location

The place was great and at a perfect location. Right in the middle of town and close walk to almost everything. The pool and swim up bar were great to utilize and it was nice to use our hot tub in the morning/night time. Would stay again at this place in a heartbeat!

a great place in downtown tamarindo

lovely spacy apartment fully equipped. the service both from the local concierge and the rental company is friendly and efficient. personally we would have preferred some type of blinds to reduce the light in the morning as the sun comes up very early but that was a quick fix with our sleeping masks. definitely recommend

This is a lovely, safe, and conveniently located place to stay — much better than any hotel. The team who owns the property are very helpful if you have any questions upon arrival. It’s quiet and serene, yet just steps away from all the action of the Tamarindo strip. Plus, VERY close to the main beach of Tamarindo — less than a one block walk. Can’t beat the price for such a lovely condo with access to all the amenities you could need. looking forward to the next time I can book a stay with RPM Vacation Rentals. This place was the icing on an already wonderful trip. It was even better than my condo in Venice Beach (Los Angeles). I traveled solo, but plenty of space in the condo for even 3-4 people if you’re on a tighter budget with friends or with family. ¡QUE LINDA!

Top Floor Master Suite

I am reviewing the condo that is connected to the unit below. I only had access to the top unit. I am sure some rent the whole unit. It is separated by locking doors. This is a very high end unit, very well appointed. It is showing some age, but is spectacular. It is listed as a 1 bedroom; but it is a studio master suite. No door between the bed area and the rest of the unit. The patio area has an older jacuzzi tub that does work. The railings on the patio are less than 3 feet high. Great views of the ocean and mountains. The location is walkable to everything you would want to do in Tamarando. You have access to a really nice pool area. The internet is not alway reliable and has normal speeds of 50 Mbps. I always bring my own streaming device to connect to the provided TV. They do have some access to Netflix and the like. The bed is firm and comfortable. The elevator worked for my entire stay. There is a security guard at the gated entrance. Overall a super place to stay.

Great view with hot tub

The pros, great view with hot tub on a large patio that overlooks the pool. You can also see the ocean from the balcony as well. Thr cons were that nobody told us the correct door to open to get to the condo, we were given a door code for 603, we went to the 6th floor and opened 603 like anybody would. We then realized we walked in on another family's condo, we walked out, called RPM's 3 different phone numbers with no answer. We then went to the 7th floor and figured out our room was on the 7th floor, also labeled 603. Basically it's the top floor of the same condo, which I knew, but nobody told us to go to the 7th floor to get to it. Also weird we had the same code as another family, that's not really safe. Other than that, condo was clean and we had an amazing time

This unit works extremely well for us and with addition of new refrigerator and coffee maker it was iproved. Can't say we need much else from the unit. We could have used another cleaning day given the number pf days we stayed. Lola in RPM office is an All Star. Tremendous to work with. Can't say enough about her professionalism from reserving process and questions to end of stay arramgements. As for EL Diria, tey really need to do something abut shade around the [ool. The fight tp "reserve" umbrellas is reidiculous and leads to a bad taste for everyone. This is the only negative about our stay and its getting so bad it could one day cause us not to want to be at Matapalo. They really shpuld get rud of the thatched umbrellas and paut an angled shade structure around the whole perimeter of the ool. If they want to thatch that to make it look tropical , OK, but get rid of the thatched umbrellas and tables which really limits the amount of shade for a few people.

Beautiful Penthouse Condo, overlooking Tamarindo Beach

Reviewer Comments: The condo was great with a fantastic view over town and to the beach...Nicely furnished although we think, it could use more comfortable sofas and chairs.There is a very small sofa in the LR, large enough for a 5’4” person like myself to lay down and relax. My husband had to read in bed cause it is too small for 2 people...could use a second sofa and or 2 chairs.The bed was super comfy but 2 pillows are not enough and they were totally uncomfortable... luckily, we always bring 2 with us when we go on vacation.The coverlet on the bed had stains so i took it off and the 3 throw pillows where falling apart...the kitchen did not have the greates assortment of cooking utensils.. not even a cutting board or sharp knife.The sofa and chair in the terrace are uncomfortable to lounge and had stains... needs new bottom cushion and for the back. No lounge chairs either... Hard to relax on a terrace on 2 chairs and a sofa with no back support...The bathrooms were fine but the lights above the sinks gave no light for shaving or anything else one needs like to put on make up...water pressure was great and hot water almost instant.It states on the RPM website that there is a washer and dryer but is not true. We had to find a laundry service because Doris Hotel does not offer it to matapalo guests.We found it around the corner. They wash the laundry but half of my t.shirts came out shrunk!They really should have W/D at condos!The condo was very clean.

An Amazing Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beyond beautiful. The view from the balcony was so breathtaking that we spend most of our time out there. I didn't think we'd use the Jacuzzi because it was so hot during the day, but at night it cooled down, and the breezes up there even cooled the balcony during the day. The place was clean, the service excellent. We had a problem with the air conditioner rattling, and all we had to do was tell RPM Management and the next day it was fixed. Only negatives were: the suite was number 603, but nobody told us the entrance was on the 7th floor. We figured it out, but not before dragging our luggage around looking for it on the 6th floor. Also, the downstairs neighbours were a bit noisy, and I wonder if they are advised that we are present and they should moderate their sound because all that separates us is a wooden door. THis was the smallest issue, and only came into play in the early morning. The other negative was that it was never explained to us what our relationship to the Diria Hotel was. We thought we had hotel pool and beach privileges as we were given a wrist band, but not made aware of what it did not include... somewhat embarrassing to be told to leave the hotel pool near the beach. We didn't know that was off limits. Aside from these small things, everything was wonderful. Would definitely book again.

Just a wonderful experience

A great condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great condo for two people. We stayed for two weeks in March and took advantage of all it had to offer. The view is amazing and we enjoyed it from the hot tub on the balcony nearly every morning. The location is good if you want to be in the middle of Tamarindo, if you want something quiet and out of the way then this isn’t it. Having access to the Diria hotel and amenities was a very nice feature. I stayed at the Diria Hotel on my previous visit and liked this condo much better. The entire Diria hotel and condo complex has good security, and while the man street of Tamarindo could feel a little sketchy late at night we never felt any of that inside the complex. The condo has enough room for two people but I imagine it would feel cramped with anything more. It isn’t really a one bedroom in the traditional way. It has an open floor plan and the “bedroom” is open to the rest of the condo, no door, so if you have more than two people you are all going to be sleeping in one big open space. I had internet access problems to start but the staff at RPM was very helpful and got it figured out in about 24 hours. The place was very clean except for the hot tub. I spent an hour cleaning up the hot tub before I felt that it was ready to go. The water seemed ok and they left some chlorine but the hot tub shell had a lot of scale on it. The condo had a basic supply of kitchen equipment and it was good for preparing small meals. Overall it was a great place that more than met our expectations.

Beautiful location and facility

Reviewer Comments: This was an great condo with a breathtaking view. The pictures did not really do the condo justice but were close to what you see. There were a few things that we would suggest. If you rent this one bring salt and pepper , coffee filters and your spices if you plan on cooking. They have enough plates cups and wine glasses for four,a set of pots and pans but no bowls to make a salad etc. or any glassware to cook in the microwave. If we go again we will request this in advance. The staff when contacted did respond to the safe issue, but the extra set of keys we requested twice never did come. They were quick to respond to the request for new towels.This condo is separated by a large wooden sliding door to the next condo. You can hear those next store to you very clearly but we did not have an issue because they were considerate of the noise level. We would definitely return to this condo and the area. You have access to the Tamarinda Diria hotel pool and restaurant ( which is across the street)The one pool where the condo is is large and excellent for shade the way the have landscaped it. It is great for children etc. because all entrances to it are gradually sloped as you enter the pool. All the many restaurants are within walking distance if you have no mobility issues. We had a woderful time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in the one of the "penthouse" floors of Matapolo Condos-Diria Resort. What a fantastic view and location is middle of Tamarindo--close to everything. Only small disadvantage to staying in the penthouses is kitchen not condusive to long stay..refrig, oven, housewares (also no washer/dryer). RPM supplied extras,took care of us (laundry) and made our stay great! Will definitely stay again!
