  • CV2 - Tämä ylellinen 3 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 Villa joissakin on oma kattokerroksen poreallas ja terassi samalla kadun toisella puolella rannalta. Villa tarjoaa, kaapeli-TV, täysin varusteltu keittiö, kaasugrilli, nopea internetyhteys. Nukkuu enintään 8 henkilöä.

    Ylpeä, on ainoa tapa kuvata näitä kauniita kolmen makuuhuoneen huviloita Tamarindossa. Sijaitsee Playa Langostassa, vain kilometrin päässä Tamarindon keskustasta, huviloissa on kaikki mitä voi odottaa tosi ylelliseltä loma-asunnolta. Arkkitehtuuri ja tarkkaavaisuus asettivat heidät itse luokkaan. Merinäköala (jotkut huvilat), yksityiset uima-altaat, katolla sijaitsevat porealtaat (jotkut huvilat), ylelliset kalusteet ja täydellinen turvallisuus odottavat sinua Courtyard Villasissa.

    Kaikissa huviloissa on käsintehdyt lattia- ja seinälaatat, trooppiset lehtipuuovet ja kalusteet, kattotuuletin, mukautetut keittiöt, ilmastointi ja paljon muuta. Sisäänkäynti pihalle on turvallinen, ja ovikello sijaitsee vieraiden ulkopuolella.

    Astuessasi huvilaasi, näkymä uima-altaalle ja puutarha-alueelle. Pääkerrosta ympäröi puutarha ja se avautuu uima-altaan terassille. Räätälöityyn keittiöön kuuluu amerikkalaistyylisiä laitteita, kuten astianpesukone, uuni, liesi, liesi ja jääkaappi. Ulkouima-altaan alueella on kattotuuletin ja kaasugrilli. Kaikissa huoneissa on oma kylpyhuone ja oma suihku, kattotuuletin ja ilmastointi.

    Loma omalla yksityisellä huvilallamme Courtyardilla on niin lähellä Pura Vidaa kuin mahdollista.

nice place but could use some updates and attention

Location is good. Privacy is good as well. First floor needs some work. Rooftop experience needs work also. We've been staying in Taramindo for vacations for 7-8 years. Tried this location and we were kind of disappointed. Furniture on first floor was "ok" Needs a refresh. Master bed needs replacing. Couch dirty. Living area needs the same. Rooftop jacuzzi never heated up when we tried to use and the water was cloudy and dirty. We looked at each other and said "no thanks". . Had an issue with first floor 1/2 bath and fixed promptly by RPM. After we checked out we were told to voice any concerns to a "Kevin" at RPM before writing a review.. Wrote a constructive letter to him 2 weeks ago with no response. Not impressed. I'd look at other properties if we went back.

Hot tub in the moonlight and pool in the sun.

We had a wonderful time at this gem in Playa Langosta. Seconds from the beach and minutes from Tamarindo restaurants and nightlife. Quite and peaceful. Walking distance to a few restaurants and a little supermarket. The hotub and bar on the roof is beautiful!

Great location and secured, a few steps from the beach and close to downtown Tamarindo. The condo needs some upgrades specially on the two single beds in one of the rooms - need to be replaced ASAP.

Playa Langosta Ideal Condo

5 of us stayed here because we were familiar with the area and love traveling to the region to explore the beaches, towns, and local treasures. Having a great base to operate from is important to us. courtyard #2 checked all the boxes and property management was very helpful. Highly recommend this property for 4 adults and 4-6 kids max. Well equipped, clean, very comfortable, very secure. Close (literally steps) to Playa Langosta, and a short walk to supplies, food, and endless summer sunsets!

Great location and layout, but needs some updating.

I'll start with the good things... RPM was amazing to work with and I would highly recommend working with them. The location is great as it's just far enough from town to be quiet, yet it's right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed the little outdoor pool. Unfortunately there were some downsides... Upon arrival, the AC wasn't working in one of the bedrooms, but RPM was quick to get us a portable unit for the day and repaired it the next day (Thanks!). When entering the property, you're overwhelmed with a mildew/mold smell. And when you look at the walls and ceiling throughout the property, you can see the spots and markings of it. I get this is the tropics and there is humidity and all, but at some point you have to do some mitigation. I also think the pictures on the listing are a little deceiving, as the place looks MUCH more dated than the pictures. With those things and at this price, I had to mark it down a little. Overall we had a great time in CR though!

Comfy Luxury

This is a beautiful little house a short walk from a stunning beach in a very nice community suburb of Tamarindo. It’s like ‘where the grown ups and littles go to get away from the hustle of Tamarindo while the twenty somethings go a little wild.’ The house is nicely appointed with everything you could need to be comfortable and at home. You happily migrate throughout the home appreciating different parts at different times of the day. Happy breakfasts in the communal kitchen living room, break from the beach and sun in the little dipping pool, late afts and evenings soaking in the rooftop jacuzzi. There are 5 or 6 restaurants within a short easy walk that serve great food and delicious drinks. Can not complain about any of them. Even Tamarindo is walkable - just a little more of a jaunt so depends on fitness level and temperature outside. Pluses - beautiful little house, well designed, fit 4 teens and 3 adults (2 close families) just fine. Hosts were very responsive. Community is quiet, clean and safe with lots of options for eating. Things to consider - pool is small and in an enclosed courtyard - great for littles, but not really big enough for a group of adults. Beach is stunning to look at, but hard to swim. Lots of lava rock, so if you really want to spend time in the ocean, get the tide schedule and go to the estuary. It’s a bit of a walk to Tamarindo, so if you are after nightlife / action then plan on cabs, the bus or rent a golf cart or car well in advance.

Do not rent this unit. Condo needs a lot of maintenance. Overpriced at best.

The GOOD:The unit is across the street from Langosta beach access. The pool does seem to be maintained frequently; someone adds checmicals daily and it is filtered.The BAD:We received incorrect check in information. Fortunately we were able to reach someone at the emergency phone number to get correct codes to access the property.In my opinion this unit was in no condition to be rented to us prior to our arrival. In its current condition, I feel it is inappropriate to rent it to another guest. I sent an email to RPM with a short list of items of concern, no response was received. The unit smelled very strongly of Mold when we arrived. Bed sheets all smelled of mold and we spent the first day doing laundry. Occasional flickering lights in kitchen above island. Partially clogged drain upstairs; we managed to ubclog after some time with plunger. Questionable ac unit in master bedroom leaking through ceiling in master bathroom, visible black mold in wood near leaks. Inoperable light in master bathroom above toilet. Missing light bulb outside on patio near hose. Overall the unit needs a lot of maintenance that does not appear to have been provided for years. If the neglect continues, the unit will continue to degrade further. Check in email contained a statement about a drought in the area that appears to be from months or years ago. The region has been receiving heavy rain for some time and I believe reports of flooding

We really enjoyed our location. Quieter then in the heart of Tamarindo yet not too far. There were 6 of us and it was perfect for us. The pool was very nice to relax in after a hot day

Convenient and beautiful home

House provided ample places for hanging out. Rooftop patio for sunset and moon views, courtyard pool for morning coffee and afternoon cool downs, front porch was great, too. Lots of space inside and out. Lots of showers (one outdoor, too) for returning from the beach. Great beach literally 20 seconds away. 12-min walk to great surf town with lots of amenities

Loved it!

The management company was absolutely amazing… Anytime we needed anything, including recommendations & reservations, their responses were almost immediate on WhatsApp and they were happy to help us with booking. The beach across the street is gorgeous and great for exploring, but rocky. If you walk down a bit further, maybe 100-200 yards toward the estuary (further from town), you will find less rock, more beach, and see some talented surfers. This area is somewhat secluded, and even during spring break it wasn’t crowded at all. Because this resort is down a bit further away from food and shopping, Definitely rent a golf cart, and if you’re going during the peak season, reserve it ahead of time. It will take you 5 min to get to the center of Tamarindo on a golf cart. You can also easily Uber. Taxis are cash only, but you can Uber with your app. Unless you have a golf cart, grabbing a quick bite to eat is pretty much out of the question, so be sure to pick up some snacks or easy meals…. There is plenty of room in the nice kitchen. I will say that upon arrival, the upstairs area was very hot and took a while to cool down. It never got as low as we would have liked, but it wasn’t unmanageable. There were also only sheets on the twin beds when we arrived, but we found the rest of the bedding in the closets. The villa was clean, but it needs a little maintenance. There were a lot of water spots on the walls, we found a few bugs, as well as other minor flaws, but overall we were very happy with it. I wouldn’t necessarily select this villa if you’re wanting to be in the middle of the action, But if you’re like me and like to get to the action when you feel like it, but enjoy a relaxing vacation, this is a great option!

Wonderful vscation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this rental. We loved being just outside of tamarindo. It was quick and easy to go into town, but quieter outside of town. We saw monkeys every morning and walked the beach. The beach was beautiful and very private. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The management company was great. They were available to help with all our needs. The drive to and from the airport was easy and arranged by the management company.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is in a great spot in Playa Langosta. We had problems with management prior to arriving. The villas are beautiful, but this particular unit is run down and needs updating. There were two broken shower heads, broken Cabinets, tv connection problems and a non working dishwasher.
