”We stayed here for two nights with my wife. The location is great and the breakfast was nice. Also the hotel property is well maintained and the room is on good condition. However the room's air quality left a lot to be desired. Neither of us are sensitive to bad air quality but the both of us had our noses running. The ventilation for the room seemed to be inadequate and the bed sheets had a strong smell of chlorine on them. Overall not really good value for money. Would not recommend this...

”Salim and Jonathan were excellent hosts at the front desk — always helpful and attentive. They made sure we could come and go safely, providing guidance and support whenever needed. ”Gluten free bread on the breakfast spread people - game over this wins! Ambiance, cleanliness, day of massage arrangements, cozy hot water bottle to warm the bed when we arrived so late after some travel hiccups. Had a balcony room and it was a lovely spot to sit. Doors not soundproof, and sound carries floor to floor up the central stairs. If the hotel calls a taxi, they come right up, but if your taxi drops you off you might get dropped a block or two away due to narrow/one way/not...

”The property is located in a steep hill, which I have to say makes it more quiet, but it was difficult for Taxis and cars to get there. Beside sthis, the place is perfect. Staff is super nice and are always willing to help you with anything and everything. They only serve breakfast wich is super nice and delicious, healthy options and very complete. Less than a block away is this perfect little restaurant called New Garden. I tried almost every meal in the menu and I super recommend it for lunch...

”O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro turístico, mais próximo do Mercado San Blas. Mesmo assim, me hospedaria novamente lá. A equipe é bem gentil e prestativa. Oferecem box de café da manhã para quando fizer tour antes do horário servido no hotel. Fiquei no último andar, então o quarto não tinha janela. O banheiro é grande, então passava um pouco de frio ao sair da ducha. Se for preciso, eles guardam a bagagem e também oferecem passeios (apesar de serem mais baratos nas agências do centro).”
