Pool House lähellä rantoja

Täysin kunnostettu koti, jossa kaikki upouudet huonekalut. Takapiha on erityisen suuri, mukaan lukien nuotion kuoppa, jossa uima-allas, jossa on uimabaari! Overall this property was a very good value for the price. The weather was too cold to enjoy the heated pool but the hot tub made up for it and was quite enjoyable in that weather. The house has a nice, comfortable screened in lanai. However, the property behind the house, which is very close to the pool area, does have a dog and it would consistently bark, scratch and push on the wood privacy fence when we let our dog out. Even keeping our dog away from the fence theirs would still bark almost non-stop. Other than the barking issue, the property has a huge yard and is otherwise perfect for people traveling with pets.

It was obvious that a lot of care was taken in the decoration. The set up it was just beautiful. The pool was perfect actually hot tub gray. Everything was immaculate even though it rained so we couldn’t use the fire pit. We still had a good time. It is something I will do again might bring more people with me next time, but it was everything. I hoped it would be. Communication with VRBO and the homeowner was spot on and immediate. You couldn’t ask for anything better.

The host was welcoming and communicated promptly. The house was clean and inviting. The hot tub was a nice addition. The only thing that would have been better would be to have tvs in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was great. We would definitely stay again and recommend this home to large party’s or families.

The house was wonderful, with plenty of room for 6 adults. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub because we were so busy. In the 2 of the bathrooms the plug didn't work I messaged Nik and he was there within minutes. I would recommend this house for sure and if we came down again , this would be the place. Convenient to many places.

I paid 200 for a heated pool that wasn’t heated and couldn’t due my exercising for therapy the water was 70 degrees there was a barking dog out back that barked 24/7 very annoying! There was an ant problem in the bathroom and kitchen! The floors in kitchen and dining room had parts tore up with sharp edges they hurt our feet We don’t wear shoes in the house I spoke to the owner about pool and he did nothing about the heat so I should be able to get my 200. Back for nit being able to use the amenities

Best family vacation.

This place is put together and clean. My family has been here twice and we love it. The property is between Tampa and Clearwater with so many parks and nature trails. They are an amazing host and I cannot wait to come back.

Great visit!

My granddaughter wanted to go to the beach for her 16th birthday so I thought it might be nice to find a house near the beach and I happened across this listing. Her girlfriend and cousin came with us, along with my daughter and her boyfriend who were visiting from Texas. The house is close to various stores and restaurants, as well as only 15 minutes from the beach. Everyone had a great time and it was nice to come back and relax in a heated pool since it was still a bit cool and windy at the beach. Any questions I had before or during our stay, Nik answered them very quickly. My granddaughter has already said she wants to stay at this house again and I couldn’t agree more.

Great family getaway

The property was lovely for our kids and dogs. We enjoyed the pool very much. The house was clean and prepped well. We felt very at home. Nik was great with communication and a really great help when needed. We can’t wait to come back here for our next family vacation!

Friends getaway

We chose the property because it fit all of our needs. 5 friends picked a central location our grand kids could visit and we could all have fun. THIS PROPERY DID JUST THAT!! The basketball hoop was a life saver to the teenage boys and the heated pool enjoyed by everyone in weather that didn't get over 60 all weekend. Nik the host was fabulous he contacted us back quickly with the answers to all our questions. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Very clean when we checked in. Perfect place for the " golden girls" to enjoy their weekend

Wonderful location. Great communication with host.

We had 7 adults staying in the house and it was comfortable for all. Great gathering places for conversation and eating. The host was friendly and fast to respond. Would love to rent this again.

Tampa Family Wedding

The home really fitted our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. It was approximately 18 miles from everything including the Hardrock Casino as well as the wedding venue. The kids loved the pool! I only wish that each bedroom had its own tv instead of the one tv in the living room. We had to watch kids tv programs.😩
