”There were a lot of construction going on so most of the restaurants were closed when we got there and they combine one restaurant for the buffet and a dinner. They open it for other restaurants which was horrible. The beach was disgusting with the seaweed we could not go on the beach we could not get in the sea in the water.”

Alfredo, our Villa Manager (Villa 65 Butler), and his team, Julio and Bely, completely elevated our experience. They are highly professional, always smiling, and went above and beyond for us. A huge shout-out also goes to Alfred and Luciana at the infinity pool—such beautiful people, so helpful, and incredibly professional.
