”This experience was great !! I got more than what I bargain for , very attentive staff that are willing to serve you and guide you in the right direction .Room was clean and maintained everyday of my stay , beach front did not disappointed.”

”Absolute fantastic time here. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Was here for 5 days for my girlfriend’s birthday and we didn’t want to leave. From the outdoor showers, to the orange cat that was out and about. Our little treehouse room was so romantic. Would recommend 10 times over. We’ll be back soon. ”Third time staying here and still an amazing resort but couldn’t help to notice they are slowly losing their personal touches that made it so special. 1st time was in 2023 and met with smiling faces, valet parking, gift package in the room. 2nd time 2024 all the same with a nice gift bag with sun screen, aloe and bug spray. 3rd time 2025, no valet, no gift bag, friendliest was dwindling and when asked for my car, they gave me my keys and said it’s in the dirt parking lot out back and I can get...

”In general a good and comfortable stay, but for this price I would expect excellence. I found it strange that there was no refridgerator in the room, seems like it was on purpose so that customers wouldn’t bring any own snacks and therefore would spend even more money in the hotel restaurant. Many less pricey hotels offer water bottles for guests but not here, only in the lobby to drink there. Breakfast was included but it was kind of lean so I was always still hungry and I had to buy more food,...

”Beautiful new hotel in Tulum, great value for money. Room was spacious and comfortable, pool area quite small. Location is good close to a big supermarket and several restaurants, walking distance to centre of Tulum. For the beach you need bike or other transport. The only thing I didn’t like: there was no privacy in the bathroom (cheapest room type). Toilet was behind the wall with no door and shower behind glass wall.
