”A friend of mine and I each got a room here. The rooms were so cool and the beach access is world class. The service is a little short of 2-3 star given that my shower water was not hot, but I sort of didn’t care until the last day when I just wanted a hot shower. I found it strange that there was no refridgerator in the room, seems like it was on purpose so that customers wouldn’t bring any own snacks and therefore would spend even more money in the hotel restaurant. Many less pricey hotels offer water bottles for guests but not here, only in the lobby to drink there. ”The hotel was very unique. Check-in experience was good... the drive to the hotel was a bit nerve wracking but, that is probably any resort in Tulum. Food while we were there at the resort was good, not amazing, but a solid breakfast. Service could probably be improved on, but they were busy and I could have learned the language. Room was clean, unique and shower was amazing. The acoustics in the room on Saturday night could not keep up with the music from the surrounding areas. ...

”Beautiful new hotel in Tulum, great value for money. Room was spacious and comfortable, pool area quite small. Location is good close to a big supermarket and several restaurants, walking distance to centre of Tulum. For the beach you need bike or other transport. The only thing I didn’t like: there was no privacy in the bathroom (cheapest room type). Toilet was behind the wall with no door and shower behind glass wall. Who wants to use a toilet without door if you’re travelling with someone? I...
