”Nice clean environment better than 5 stars hotels in my opinion if you ever need help, they are just a phone call away or there is always someone on the front desk… the pool in the main floor is very clean and Jacuzzi’s on the roof as well. I would consider on staying with them again soon.”

”If I could give Be Tulum a higher rating, I would. This hotel is so special and unique. We stayed in the alcove suite with a plunge pool. It was like we were tucked away in the jungle. So peaceful, serene, and lots of privacy. The room was unique and clean, and the air conditioner was a nice relief from the heat. The restaurants here had amazing food, with beautiful views. ”Brand new hotel in La Veleta. Yes, it’s still under construction so not everything is perfectly finished yet but the low price more than made up for it. My room was beautiful and comfortable and everything worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to bus station and Tulum centro or easy bike ride to the beach road. I ended up extending my stay and would be happy to stay here again. ”

”If you're in Mexico for the sun then this is not your hotel: the sun doesn't shine any time to the pool area and the beach is a 20 min drive away. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and our apartment which was nice and functional. A couple of small downsides: The TVs didn't have any TV channels, only internet, and the gym was very poorly equipped (although the selection of dumb bells was good).”
