”It was a pleasurable stay. The gentleman at the reception was very polite and friendly. The whole staff was attentive and helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are immaculate and are more than just a room, mine was a studio apartment. The pool is cleaned daily and the public area is immaculate. I definitely recommend the Otonomus hotel for families and solo travelers. There is a whole new set of condos being constructed next door, but you’ll only hear the noise...

”Brand new hotel in La Veleta. Yes, it’s still under construction so not everything is perfectly finished yet but the low price more than made up for it. My room was beautiful and comfortable and everything worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to bus station and Tulum centro or easy bike ride to the beach road. I ended up extending my stay and would be happy to stay here again. ”

Every single member of the staff was kind and helpful, huge thanks to Pricilla and Rafa for making us feel so welcomed! The room was very clean, spacious and exactly as in pictures. The hotel area is quiet and situated in great location. Downtown is 5-10 minutes away and the hotel zone with beautiful beaches 15 minutes away. Close to everything but still far enough to get your mind relaxed 🏝...

”What a beautiful gem. The apartment was glorious! Clean and well stocked. The beds were comfy and the water pressure was excellent. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The beach is right out the front door, unfortunately the sea grass was out of control and we could not access the water. Bespoke is a little off the beaten path, but we had no problems accessing transportation. Highly recommend!”

”Me gusto mucho el lugar para hospedarnos, muy bien equipadas las habitaciones, su rooftop esta muy lindo, sus instalaciones en el spa igual, ofrecen acceso a sus clases en el gym y el acceso al beach club, lo único malo que nos toco fué que cuando fuimos al beach club no tenían luz y no había mucho que hacer por que igual habia mucho sargazo en la playa, pero el hotel esta perfecto y a un precio muy accesible. definitivamente me volvería hospedar ahíl el personal es muy amable y todo esta muy...

”The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. ”
