”The first room was horrible. The only windows faced the reception area, so there was no natural light at all. The guy at the reception was also an idiot—he constantly gave us false information about the Wi-Fi, parking, and the possibility of getting another room with natural light, yet somehow everything was our fault. However, the lady at the reception was very helpful. Be careful when booking a room—two-bedroom rooms have no windows to the outside at all. The new room we got was good.”

Every single member of the staff was kind and helpful, huge thanks to Pricilla and Rafa for making us feel so welcomed! The room was very clean, spacious and exactly as in pictures. The hotel area is quiet and situated in great location. Downtown is 5-10 minutes away and the hotel zone with beautiful beaches 15 minutes away.
