”It was an awesome experience for my husband and me. We really enjoy the hotel. Is well located. Food is great. The personal is great all gentle. The only thing is that they close early the bar which for being an just adults hotel you spect they close later and have more fun during the night time. But other tan that is fine. Other thing to have in consideration is that the beach access is small but it’s close to quinta avenida so you can go to a bigger beach access. We recommend it. ”

”The property was beautiful and well-maintained. Everyone here was very accommodating. I felt safe and the property was always clean. Perfect location — walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the ferry. Food options were pretty good and we didn’t have a problem getting into restaurants. The pool was always a vibe w a variety of music. I would definitely recommend a stay and would also return. ”

”We spend a few nights here just to relax and have a good time. And that we did! Overall, a comfortable experience where we did get our monies worth. The hotel itself was clean, and well cared for. The waiters and other workers were super welcoming. Must say that we got exceptional service from Fernando, he was amazing! In addition, it was super easy to visit the other reef resorts. The beaches there were good, and everything went smoothly. You're also allowed to eat and drink at the sister...

”Very nice and clean hotel with a great location. Pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed gym as well. Room 100 was huge! Breakfast was nice, but so many items were already run out by 9:30. They also run out of glasses. When it got busy they took the menu for juices away which was a shame since the fresh juices were a big plus.”

”Our stay was good, but the water pressure was low for taking showers and it was hard to get reservations for the restaurants there at the Sando's. The worst thing was the elevator was broken 😫 But overall we loved it !! 😍 love Mexico 🇲🇽 ”

”Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! The grounds were beautifully manicured. Unfortunately, there was a huge influx of red sargassum (seaweed) that they could do nothing about, but they worked sun up to sundown raking it up and disposing of it. The staff was very accommodating. The buffet was really good with lots of choices. The dinner restaurants were top notch. The snack bars and food trucks, and many drink bars were all exceptional. The pools were well maintained and clean. Lots of guest...
