”An amazing vacation at the Westin Cozumel . This was my second stay and will be going back very soon. ”Super cool! The hotel is beautiful and so is the pool area. View from the room balcony is magnificent. Room service breakfast was really good value and affordable too! Other food in the restaurant was just ok. Staff was super friendly, except when we wanted to go out at night, the receptionist was everything but eager to find us a taxi. Also if you don't like to hear bingo-game etc. activities from really loud speaker, you shouldn't hang out at pool during the day. Otherwise we loved it, good...

”The hotel Is an all-inclusive hotel, and we didn't want it, so everytime we tried to ask about restaurants in the vicinity they just reminded that we didn't have the right to eat at their restaurant. All other info we got from them was also wrong. They aren't very service oriented. Room was ok, but we had to pay extra for a mini fridge. ”Overall good stay. The beds are not comfortable. Food choices should be improved. There should be plentiful tacos, quesadillas, nachos etc readily available. The catamaran team never lets you have the boat and is not very friendly. ”
