”Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

”Run down, ditry, old, overgrown, with trash in the garden/public areas. Someone walked in on me at 7:30am. Just not a good experience.”

”Location was fantastic for a quiet countryside retreat. Nearest place we stopped off was Henley-On-Arden a couple of miles away. The rain was a shocker so didn't see much of the surrounding area. The children loved the two border collies who lived next door. The house itself was great. Super shower. Beds very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Loved having the wood burner. It's an old farm house so if you're expecting all mod cons and aren't prepared to go back to basics just a little...

”Room not the cleanest, false fingernail and tissue left by the side of the bed and thick dust on the top of the oak beam. Breakfast was excellent but the table was very sticky. Bedroom front door did not close properly and let a large of cold air into the room”

”We didn't need parking as we walked to and from the airport, and we didn't have breakfast. The dining room was good as we didn't want to stay in the room any longer than we need to as it is tiny. It served it's purpose as we needed somewhere to stay for the night. The first room they assigned us was not possible for me to stay in as there was a terrible bathroom odor lingering.”

”Good value for money and very friendly staff. Good location and easy to park car. It was nice that they had a sign reminding people about silence time as the soundproofing wasn't good. ”

”We had a lovely evening spent at the Stratford manor hotel. The property is located amidst the beautiful countryside of Stratford city. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. ”

”Loved our stay here! Cosy cabin, was clean with only slight signs of wear. Lovely open remote space to sit out in the morning, onsite restaurant and bar was lovely with quirky decorations. 100% will be our go to when travelling from now on!”
