The scenic view where the property is located is stunning and absolutely beautiful. The hospitality of the staff especially Guiseppe, walter at the front desk and Giovanni at the restaurant was professional, friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

Amazing Hotel and Best Staff!
Very nice Hotel located at Mountain, all the Hotels in this area are old, but this one is very well treated, the room was very good and with beautiful sea view with blue and clear water. The staff is the best part: Inez, Caiovanni, Orazio, Salvo and mainly Giuseppe from front desk, very helpful and always ready to offer us the best!

Service was exceptional. Room had a magnificent see view and staff were trying their best to make our stay as comfortable as it can be. Breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for both luxury and view. One thing for sure, this will not be my last time to come here

Beautiful hotel with great view and pool. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Bruno and Tania both stood out. About a 7 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina, which was very convenient. The only downside were the beds. They were rock hard. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with such firm beds. They were very uncomfortable.

We really enjoyed the stay and everything about the hotel but the train passing by all night was a disturbance to our sleep. We also heard the cleaning crew pass by our room all morning and couldn’t sleep. Other than that we loved the food, staff, amenities, and cleanliness of the hotel.

The property was on the waterfront with direct access to the water. It had a lovely pool, many chairs and sunning areas as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am completely blown away at this hotel. It is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. I am a very fussy person and I like things in a very particular way and at Atlantis Bay absolutely nothing has disappointed me. Photos do not do this beautiful hotel and location justice. The views and hotel look like you are in a fairytale. It is also the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in with the best turn down service I’ve ever had. From the smallest detail to the largest detail everything is spotless and taken care of. The floors are thoroughly cleaned every day, the beds are made well, the bathroom is immaculate and even to the smallest details where they wrap your phone charger cable compact to look neater nothing goes unnoticed or untouched with their hygiene. The staff are only too happy to help take care of your needs. Everyone works so well together and they are always super friendly. There is not one staff member that disappointed in the slightest. A special mention to Denese, Guiseppe, Federika and Bruno at the front desk who always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and were well taken care of. Thank you to Stefano and Sanny for taking special care of all of our food requests and serving the most delicious food everyday. I highly recommend the Nui restaurant for delicious shellfish and pasta. Thank you to everyone at Atlantis Bay for an incredible stay we will definitely be back!

You must stay in this Hotel
It was amazing. Great location. Great Views of the Sea from everywhere and wow the best service I have had from the staff whether in the breakfast area , reception or concierge. I have been to many 5 star Hotels around the world and this is the only one where the staff genuinely went out of their way to make your stay 7 star. This was my second stay and my Friends who came from India and the US just loved this Hotel and their Staff. You pay for what you get and that is quality and style and that is what you get here.
