Best Western – Tayside, Skotlanti

”Room was clean and comfy, however we arrived, keys didn’t work, I booked a twin room, but it was a double, told no twins were available,when in the first room, the window wouldn’t shut, so we were moved to a smaller room. Continental breakfast was terrible, consisted of ham, beef, cream cheese, initially no bread, but some was brought (sliced)and pastries came, when we were finished, coffee when it arrived was like tar. Staff were friendly and helpful”

”The hotel is in need of refurbishment to say the least the bar area was disgusting seats broken only bottles as pumps not working and dirty glasses infact the hotel should be condemned. The only saving grace was the staff and the breakfast the staff were polite,friendly and helpful especially Annie who made breakfast service a pleasure. Disappointing that hotels.com have this on there web site as im sure if they sent an inspector they would not recommend this hotel I for one will not be...
