They greeted us with Prosecco and a snack and the room was always spotless. They gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area and you truly cannot beat the sea view! ”We had one night in Naples before moving onto Sorrento and were arriving around midnight. I checked in online as requested a few days before and was sent instructions on how to find the location, keys and room from Caterina. It all worked fine on arrival and we dropped our bags and went out for a drink. Naples is still busy after midnight and lots of bars were open just down the road.

”Excellent location in Chiaia neighborhood. Spacious room with everything you need. Very good communication with the staff and they were very helpful! Breakfast was delivered to your room from a nearby cafeteria according to your wishes (different coffees, orange juice, croissants, local sweets etc) and it was delicious and included in the room price.
Main tourist sites were walkable, but there is also a metro station very near the hotel. Atmosphere, restaurants and cafes were much more better...

The hotel itself was very quiet (no noise from the adjacent rooms), but the area can get a bit loud during the weekends. Breakfast is served in a cafeteria just outside the hotel.
