”Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. ”Excellent location in Chiaia neighborhood. Spacious room with everything you need. Very good communication with the staff and they were very helpful! Breakfast was delivered to your room from a nearby cafeteria according to your wishes (different coffees, orange juice, croissants, local sweets etc) and it was delicious and included in the room price.
Main tourist sites were walkable, but there is also a metro station very near the hotel. Atmosphere, restaurants and cafes were much more better...

”Very nice hotel in a posh area, many restaurants & fancy shops nearby. Close to the sea, perfect for morning runs. The hotel itself was very quiet (no noise from the adjacent rooms), but the area can get a bit loud during the weekends. Breakfast is served in a cafeteria just outside the hotel. Overall a very pleasant and smooth stay.”
