”This property is in a good area. The staff were very friendly. The only difficult thing we encountered was getting in the building and then knowing to go to the third floor.”

The room had AC that cooled the room, a walk-in shower with nice amenities, a refrigerator and high-quality bed and towel linens. ”This is an old Naples neighbourhood. From the outside building looks very old and a bit rough typical Naples. Once in the hotel lobby it’s a different planet. Very clean modern new rooms. Especially the host she’s very friendly helpful person who speaks good English. This place is right next to Naples archeological museums and about a 15 mins walk from old town coffee shops. ”

We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...
