”We stayed three nights in a family vacation. Location was excellent. Rooms were nice and tidy. For a family of four it was good space with having sofa bed downstairs and spacious loft for bed and some furniture. Breakfast in the room was bit small, but very Italian.”

”Hotel is located just minutes off Via Toledo and is 5 minutes from Toledo metro. There are good access to restaurants and shopping. The room is extremely comfortable and the breakfast in bed is fantastic. The choice and quality of food is worth at least EUR10. Paola and the staff are very friendly and helpful.”

”The condition of the property was excellent (visited 8/2024). The cleanliness was excellent too and the air-condition was a lifesaver. Nicely decorated rooms and very helpful staff. The staff responded to my questions fast and they were very accommodating with late check-in and early check-out. The location is good with many cafes and shops nearby. The metro to railway station and harbour leaves from the nearest station, so connections are good too!”

”We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...

”The staff (Maria Laura and her sister) was super friendly and helpful. Our room (deluxe) was very clean with a great view from the balcony. The terrace was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views all around Napoli. The breakfast was also great - we were asked what we would like to eat in the morning (a list with many options). In the morning we had everything we had been asking for - especially the freshly juiced apple juice was delicious! We would highly recommend for anyone.”

The main entrance does not look like an entrance to a hotel and the elevator looks a little bit scary but these things just make the hotel more interesting.
