The house itself is beautiful, tucked right in the heart of the old town, and Barbara was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and full of great local tips. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to the metro, trains, and ferries for exploring Naples and the nearby islands, plus countless fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommend!”

”The condition of the property was excellent (visited 8/2024). The cleanliness was excellent too and the air-condition was a lifesaver. Nicely decorated rooms and very helpful staff. The staff responded to my questions fast and they were very accommodating with late check-in and early check-out. The location is good with many cafes and shops nearby. The metro to railway station and harbour leaves from the nearest station, so connections are good too!”

The main entrance does not look like an entrance to a hotel and the elevator looks a little bit scary but these things just make the hotel more interesting. ”Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. ”We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city.
