”A very good country pub, good food and a very restful overnight stay. Highly recommended.”

”In close proximity to many interesting sites and places. Close to the sea front. The hotel just gets the simple things that many other hotels surprisingly don't. These include having a dining area to eat and having drawers to put your clothes (instead of on the floor like I had to in the last 3 hotels I stayed in. Reasonably priced and definitely value for money.”

”This hotel is located right beside Teesside Barrage so a lovely area. The staff at this orooerty are so nice and very friendly. The Talpor restaurant and bar right beside the hotel is excellent. The wait and bar staff are so friendly The food is excellent in this restaurant. We will definitely return on our next visit to the UK. We stayed Fiordland three nights the hotel was busy but the guests were considerate and quiet”

”Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay. The breakfast is delicious and the staff make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Do try the pancakes, they we're delicious! The hotel overall is really comfortable and clean, the food at the pub is delicious and you'll feel taken care of your whole stay. I...
