”Used the swimming pool breakfast was okay nothing to stand out felt a bit cold.”

”The AC was broken down in the entire wing in the heat of summer. Staff brought fans but that did not help as the windows couldn’t open either. My family and I had no sleep or rest during our entire stay.”

”It was an ok visit but we wouldn't go back - just wasn't an inviting experience - and no dinner served on Monday meant we had to go out”

”Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.”

”Lämmin ja lämminhenkinen. Hyvä aamiainen. Siisti huone.”

”Ideal location for a family visit & made our dog feel very welcome! Everywhere was beautifully decorated & the staff were very welcoming! Breakfast was amazing & we would definitely stay there again !! Well done to the Sutherland xx”

”My shower leaked so bathroom floor was wet all the time. There was mould in the shower .no Fridge. There was litter left in one corner of the room . Breakfast was pretty underwhelming but well staffed and managed. The bed was awful , lumpy and uncomfortable. Ill not be staying here again . It was cheap and I know why. Only one small lift for wheelchair users so if youre a large party or if u have lots of luggage better stay on the ground floor. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We...

”The guest house was impeccable, with excellent communication and information regarding its location and local attractions provided even before our arrival. Truly exceptional service. Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

”Hotel was oke, meer niet. Was prima voor een beursbezoek. Hotel lag wel gelegen op een gezellig plein en vlak bij een shoppingmall. En op 3 min van de beurs af. Dat was top. ”

”Everything was fine, clean, good parking. Short of a plug for the kitchenette sink and very noisy fall pipe in the shower room when our upstairs neighbours showered at 5.30 AM each morning (woke us thinking we had a leak). Apart from that, all good. Would certainly stay again”

”The service in the breakfast was great and helpful but products were ran out all the time. Staff was young overall and seemed unefficient. Room was beautiful and surrounding nice countryside, peaceful and pretty.”

”Flat was already occupied, rang owner who had also given someone else my flats code. We had to stay in the flat the people in ours should’ve been in which was only a 1 bedroom and not big enough. The flat owners never even apologised and are refusing to give any refund even though I paid for a 2 bed flat. Do not use this company.”
